Villa PO-2 is simultaneously an artwork created as part of the Archstoyanie Festival 2018 and a residence you can stay in. The project was implemented by the artist and architect Alexander Brodsky. It's extremely compact structure is made up of the PO-2 Soviet era concrete fence slabs, so familiar to all. The interior of the house is completely timber and has a large concrete table, a fireplace, a bathroom, kitchenette and a sleeping / sitting gallery above, a large roof light cast atmospheric light while you get short glimpses of the forest through the small windows.

ALYCHA art-group: "The project echoes the questions that the constructivists asked themselves in the early twentieth century when designing life of a man of the future. We decided to borrow something from their experience by making the opportunity to skate the primary function of the house".

A place for skating in the ramp far away from the city and surrounded by nature. Four beds (extra possible), shower, toilet, and ramp. The Skater's Shtab is located in the birch forest opposite the pond near the Ugra cafe.

Yuri Muravitsky and Rustam Kerimov: "From an architectural point of view, the object is both a stage and a complete living unit, based on the PAZ 3205 bus model. Entrance from the side, one of the long facades is decorated with stained glass, the opposite facade is solid with all the necessary functional areas located in the interior. A system of fabrics and curtains, special lighting can transform the residential unit into a stage for actors and back in mere seconds".

Mobile home on wheels for the cast of a travelling circus. Located on the road near the Ugra cafe. The black colour scheme of the interior design instantly transforms it into an interactive disco space.

MANIPULAZIONE INTERNAZIONALE Moscow architecture studio: "The life of a barn are items frozen and forgotten in time inside and out. The sun burned its walls, leaving imprints of objects and people, of trees and bushes, wheels and logs, of everything that stood or sat around the barn, and what is gone now. Look and remember how it was and how it will be".

A place for a large group of people. A house on the Nikola-Lenivets art park territory with high mattresses, toilet, shower with hot water, a fridge, heater, public transport and wi-fi. Standard capacity for 4 people.

Two heated houses with several individual rooms for one, two, three, or four people; with or without bathroom. Extra beds are possible in all rooms (except economy, standard twin, family suite). Designed by Mel Space, winner of the ARXIWOOD award. Made of timber, lined with rough old boards outside and white plywood on the inside, insulated. An art object and hostel located on the highest point of the park with an incredible view. This is the best place to stay in Nikola-Lenivets in a large group of people. It is warm in winter and cool in summer. The spacious attic can be converted from a living area into a work area. There's a bar which will always serve you coffee and breakfast (open Thursday to Sunday).

Each room has a bunk bed (mattresses in the attic), a clothes hanger, a drawer for personal items, power sockets and Wi-Fi. The second floor has access to a large balcony and the third floor to a terrace. A great view over the hills, forest and the Bobur art object. Stairs are located inside and outside let you move between the three floors of the Kazarma hostel.

The hostel was designed in 2013 by ARCHPOLE architecture studio.
